FLiNG Trainer (flingtrainer.us) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This site publishes game trainers — standalone memory-editing tools for single-player PC games — together with installation guides. We do not host, distribute, or link to copyrighted game files, cracks, or pirated software.

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent acting on behalf of one, and you believe that material available on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to File a Takedown Notice

Send a written notice to [email protected] that includes all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) of the material on this site you are asking to be removed.
4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

We review every valid notice and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material promptly — typically within 48–72 hours.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address, including your contact information, identification of the removed material and its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to address repeat infringement, including removing content and, where applicable, restricting access for users who repeatedly submit infringing material.
